The Overseer of Women's Fellowship is appointed and or dismissed by the Chief Presiding Prelate and ratified by The Bishop & Overseer Council.. 

The Overseer of Women's Fellowship is responsible for the following: 

1. Form a board of women for the women's Fellowship to establish a network for collaborating with women throughout the Fellowship. This board should have a makeup of mature women, adult women, young adult women, and little sisters when applicable to ensure the continuation of the women in the Fellowship and its continued growth 

1. Establish a network that will enhance the women apart of COEGN and their position in the body of Christ 

1. Work with the Bishop/Overseer of Christian Education to develop training programs and materials which will aid women in all aspects of concern as directed by the word of God 

1. To collaborate with the Regional Bishops/Overseers to ensure that a Director of Women is appointed in each region, state, district, country, and province to assure that programs of outreach and needs are provided for women in those areas of concern and concentration 

1. To develop and plan sessions, workshops, and classes of sensitivity to the needs of single women, married, divorced, or single parents in relation to the Word of God 

1. Provide avenues of resource and information to assist women in daily living 

1. Develop a resource team to aid in addressing women's issues and concerns 

1. Develop an evangelistic ministry for women to aid in reaching other women. This should be done in conjunction with the Bishop/Overseer of Evangelism 

1. Initiate prayer teams on behalf of the women's fellowship to pray and focus on those issues that pertain to women's development 

1. Implement an annual fellowship in conjunction with the annual conference/gathering that will enhance the women's fellowship and the fellowship of women 

1. Start mentoring program for our young women in the Fellowship also globally as continued impact is made
